Combating Thermal Fade: Repeated heavy braking heats rotors to over 500°C. We use high-carbon rotors and ceramic pads that maintain friction coefficients even at extreme temperatures.
Sand & Dust Protection: Airborne sand causes scoring (grooves) on rotors. We perform a caliper cleaning service to remove debris that causes squeaking.
RTA Inspection Compliance: Uneven braking force will cause an RTA failure. Our digital brake tester ensures left/right braking balance is within the 20% tolerance limit.
Digital Scan: OBD-II scan for ABS module codes and electronic parking brake (EPB) service mode activation.
Micrometer Measurement: We measure rotor thickness. If it is below the minimum discard thickness, we recommend replacement. If above, we skim.
